Hi, I’m Ta’Lesha Michelle Pearson-Hicks (Tuh-Lee-Shuh)—a dreamer with grit, a builder with vision, and a woman who’s never stopped chasing what feels just out of reach… until I make it mine.

I was born in Flint, Michigan, but my roots deepened in Charlotte, NC. Our family moved nearly every 2–3 years—not from hardship, but from growth. Each new house was a symbol of dreaming bigger, doing better. I was always the new girl: wide-eyed, observant, and bursting with imagination. I saw the world through a lens of beauty—fashion, luxury cars, trend forecasts swirling in my mind before they hit store shelves.

My childhood was a blend of curiosity and courage. I’d race the neighborhood kids on foot while they rode bikes, just to prove I could. I had a fearless spark my mom lovingly called “daredevil energy,” but truthfully—I was just wildly in love with life.

At 13, I stepped into modeling, learning to walk with poise while still learning how to be seen. I felt electric in front of the camera, but awkward when loved ones watched. Confidence was something I cultivated in silence—away from the noise of judgment, and closer to the mirror where I practiced believing in my own glow.

My teenage years were marked by a sudden shift—my parents divorced, and the world as I knew it changed shape. I drifted. My motivation thinned. College didn’t call to me. I didn’t want to sit in classrooms to prove something to the world when I didn’t yet know who I was.

But I had a pulse for entrepreneurship. My first online boutique was a success—orders came flooding in. I was building something from nothing, and that feeling lit a fire in me. Yet, the spark dimmed when people around me didn’t see it as serious. I paused… until I met someone who spoke life into my vision again. They reminded me that discipline could be freeing, and that I had more power than I gave myself credit for.

From that place of awakening, I began again—with a boutique, then short-term rentals, and then a marketing engine that attracted clients and investors alike. I learned to build systems, train teams, close high-ticket deals, and bring luxury experiences to life. My schedule became sacred: mornings at the gym, content creation, hard tasks first,  leading my team remotely with excellence, then heading to a 5 star restuarant for lunch, and back to work (I enjoyed playing sister sister the 90s tv show in the background) , and wrapping my evening up with grocery shopping and a home cooked meal along with a podcast in the background.

Atlanta was a canvas where I painted my dreams. From Buckhead to Midtown, I created spaces that felt like me—Wayfair carts full of vision, rooms staged for content, corners infused with warmth. I built homes and businesses from scratch—and felt deeply proud.

Eventually, I knew it was time to move again. Not just cities, but chapters. I considered LA. I dreamed of Miami balconies overlooking water. But it was in Mexico that a whisper of intuition told me: “New York.”

And just like that—I was approved for my apartment while still on vacation. I packed up, moved in, and hit the ground running. Since landing in NYC, I’ve been showing up everywhere: networking events, junior boards, and volunteer initiatives. I fill my days with reading about psychology, business, and the inner workings of success. I research the lives of people I admire—Mellody Hobson and Emma Grede among them—and track how they carved paths of purpose.

I horseback ride. I play tennis. I kickbox when stressed, I stretch and sweat in hot yoga. I vision board with intention. My favorite pastime is turning a thought into something tangible.

My magic? I’m creatively disciplined, intensely curious, and deeply rooted in the belief that your life can be as beautiful as your boldest idea. Whether I’m scaling a brand, mapping out marketing strategy, or designing experiences that convert—I bring heart and strategy to the table, every time.

Welcome to my world. There’s room here for your story too.

I build brands that turn heads, make money, and move people. Strategy is my superpower, execution is my love language, and creativity is the pulse behind it all. Let’s make magic—and make it profitable.

Origin Story

From hustle to healing, from ambition to alignment.

I wasn’t the girl with a 10-year plan—I was the girl everyone had high expectations for. In high school, I was a cheerleader who loved beauty, fashion, and big dreams—but underneath the polished surface, I was just trying to figure out who I was beyond the pressure and the performance.

When my parents divorced at 16, everything shifted. I lost motivation. I drifted. School didn’t inspire me, college felt like a trap, and I wasn’t sure where I fit in the world. But what I did have was curiosity, creativity, and a relentless hunger to feel more in control of my life.

That spark led me to launch my first online boutique after my mom suggested I monetize my love for fashion. I built the site, found vendors, styled the shoots, and watched my orders pour in. For the first time, I tasted freedom—and I wanted more.

But like many firsts, that business didn’t last. Doubt crept in. I was told it wasn’t a “real” career, and I let that story stop me. Until I met someone who shifted my perspective. We started having real conversations—about credit, purpose, and power. I started reading. Planning. Building again.

I moved to Atlanta and poured myself into entrepreneurship. I built a multi–six figure short-term rental company from scratch. I led teams, created systems, trained closers, and scaled my marketing to attract investors and high-ticket clients. I learned everything from creative direction and branding to sales psychology and automation. Every room I walked into—I earned.

Still, I knew there was more to unlock in me. So I moved to New York City, where I could grow my network, expand my vision, and step fully into the woman I had become.

Now, I help brands, founders, and organizations merge creative brilliance with business strategy. Whether I’m building brands, crafting content, or designing digital experiences, I move with discipline, vision, and heart.

Because success isn’t just about what you build. It’s about who you become doing it.
